Position Overview: The Lead Overnight Youth Support Specialist provides leadership and oversight during overnight operations, ensuring the safety, stability, and well-being of youth residents. This role combines direct youth support with staff leadership, coaching, and operational responsibility to ensure smooth and effective overnight shifts. This is a fully onsite, hands-on role working closely with youth.
