Quality Systems Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist (Level 4) based out of Auburn, WA to support the Community Manufacturing Partnerships team. As a member of the CMP Quality Team you will play an integral role improving, standardizing, and strengthening the Quality organization while supporting and growing our community outreach mission and uplifting local communities through meaningful employment. The ideal candidate thinks strategically and creatively, uses data and analytics to make informed decisions, and demonstrates commitment to the mission and Boeing Values and Behaviors. They will leverage the team’s expertise and energy to achieve shared objectives. The candidate must understand effective team dynamics and be able to work collaboratively to reach higher performance levels.
