What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead daily cement production operations across raw milling, pyroprocessing, and finish milling to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency targets. - Drive continuous improvement by partnering with cross‑functional teams to optimize throughput, reduce energy consumption, and improve production reliability. - Promote a proactive safety culture by modeling safe behaviors, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and reinforcing consistent safe work practices. - Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot process issues, and implement sustainable operational improvements. - Coach, mentor, and develop production supervisors and operators to build capability, engagement, and high‑performance teamwork. - Coordinate production scheduling, kiln campaigns, and product changeovers in alignment with plant and commercial needs. - Collaborate closely with maintenance, process engineering, and quali...
