Description GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: The role of Warehouse Supervisor will support the Warehouse Manager in managing warehouse operations, processes and procedures aligned with executing and maintaining the flow of merchandise from intake to the guest for all Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens and Glass retail locations and non-retail departments, utilizing the Warehouse’s resources. To support the company’s vision, goals and initiatives while displaying a guest centric attitude in all interactions. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES: - Supervising and assist training of all warehouse/stock team members to ensure high productivity and that all company procedures are followed and standards are met. - Conduct warehouse stock team member reviews (probationary and annual). - Enforcement of company policies and implementation of Progressive Discipline Process. - Supervise and assist in daily Gift Shop replenishment to ensure all stocking standards are met. - Support, Organize and prepare all on-site stock areas are prepared for inventory - Supervising role for auditing and reconciling discrepancies during inventory. - Assist and communicate warehouse/stock team schedule and break information - Su...
