Position overview: We are seeking skilled and dependable Commercial Handyman: Contractors to support ongoing maintenance and repair tasks across our commercial properties. This is a 1099 contractor position—ideal for self-employed professionals or small teams offering multi-trade services. You must be equipped, insured, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities: Perform general repairs and maintenance in commercial settings, including electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, door hardware, and minor HVAC.
