Senior Manager Integration Controller

Job description

The Senior Manager Integration Controller position functions primarily as a business partner to the Division Integration team but is also required to be hands-on and highly interactive with the Integration Management Office (“IMO”). This hybrid position will be based in Milwaukee. The position reports directly to the Division Senior Director, Finance and provides dotted line support to the Division Integration Leader and IMO. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Act as a key business partner to the Division Integration leader performing ad-hoc tasks to satisfy requests and inform Division and IMO leadership of financial implications of business decisions - Ensure quality and timeliness of monthly Integration financial reporting packages - Direct monthly Division Integration forecasting process of synergies, capacity improvements, productivity loss, restructuring expense, investment, cashflow, and CapEx for Division SCOFR projects - Financial leader and financial liaison regarding Division Integration financial matters with the plant controllers, project leaders, and IMO - Assist Division Integration Strategic Plan and Budgeting process including coordination with Operations and...
