Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Responsibilities: - Responsible for the health and safety of the employees and the overall HSE performance of the work being performed under your supervision. - Ensure work is performed within the HSE Management system, to ensure a high level of health and safety, Environmental stewardship and quality products and services. - Conforms with all regulatory compliance requirements. - Train and coach employees on SOPs, and ensure that rules, and requirements are in place, understood and practiced. - Manages the day-to-day operational risk and ensure operations are working in a safe and compliant manner. - Respond to HSE events to ensure proper emergency response and reporting to management. - Participates in accident/incident investigations as required. - Authority to stop tasks if it is deemed unsafe or the risks are not fully known.
