Job description

Bid Management plays a key role within our organisation, with a strong contribution to the success of our sales function. We are looking to hire a motivated, enthusiastic, and commercially minded Bid Manager who has around three years’ experience, ideally gained within a software solutions or services environment. This role would suit someone looking to step up and further develop their bid management career. You will support and coordinate the development of proposals, bids, and sales documentation that clearly articulate MRI’s products and services in response to client requests. The role is highly collaborative and will involve working closely with colleagues across sales, presales, marketing, finance, legal, and product teams to ensure content is accurate, well-structured, and delivered on time. You will also gain exposure to customer feedback and prospect enquiries, contributing insights that help inform MRI’s ongoing product development.
