Job Title: Barista An amazing new opportunity has come up in our Community Employment Services! We are looking for a Barista to join us and lead Breaking Grounds Café in Peabody! Job Type: Per-Diem: Pay: $20.25: Job Summary: Maintains a clean café according to Breaking Grounds standards, pours and brews coffee, and provides a positive customer experience for guests. Major Responsibilities: Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent, with previous Barista experience preferred. Must have weekend availability. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Familiar with computer programs including Microsoft Word and POS systems. Desire to provide a positive customer experience. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Excellent verbal and written skills. Solid communication skills. Possess a current ServSafe Certificate, or able to obtain one upon hire. Must be fluent in English. - Provides quality customer service. Smiles and greets customers in a friendly manner. - Maintains a calm disposition when dealing with difficult or stressful situations.
