Head of Awareness Programs – Entrepreneurial Activation (all genders)

Job description

Your mission You will take ownership of the Awareness phase at Impossible Founders and drive the activation of entrepreneurial motivation and early-stage innovation processes within the academic ecosystem in Northern Germany. You are responsible for the Awareness program in close collaboration with the Chief Academic Officer , ensuring its effective delivery, continuous development, and implementation. Within your first months, you will take responsibility for the operational setup and development of the Awareness portfolio , identify opportunities in the current landscape, and work with partners across the ecosystem to build an effective, integrated, and scalable system for entrepreneurial activation. - Design and implement high-impact formats (e.g. innovative course, new student challenges), including adapting international best practices to the regional ecosystem - Collaborate with faculties and academic stakeholders to integrate formats into study programs and enable cross-disciplinary, cross-university offerings - Coordinate recognition and incentive structures (e.g. certificates) to increase engagement - Ensure continuous improvement of all Awareness formats through close sta...
