Compensation Starting Pay Range: $21.00 Hourly Job Summary: The Installer/Maintenance Technician assists in construction, installation, and maintenance projects; including carpentry, masonry, glazier, metal installation, painting, and other tasks. They are responsible for ensuring their work areas are cleaned and maintenance issues are addressed timely. Obtains parts, supplies, and equipment from warehouse or storerooms when necessary. Records maintenance and repair work performed. Performs other work as assigned. Duties & Responsibilities: - General maintenance of rooms and units - Construction, reconfiguration, and removal of units. This includes preparation for new sites and removal of decommissioned units - Installation, removal, and maintenance of other Bargold equipment - Loading, unloading, and delivery of building materials - Respond to and address emergency maintenance issues - Interact with customers, building representatives, internal depts and vendors as needed - Others duties as assigned Qualifications: - High school diploma or its equivalent preferred - Previous construction experience 2+ years preferred - Fluency in Spanish preferred Competencies: - General knowledge...
