In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the X-Ray Department and ensure quality imaging services in compliance with regulating entities. Schedule: Full-Time, Days hours Monday-Friday: Locations: West Hospital: MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: - Schedules and coordinates staff to meet patient needs while allowing for effective performance of all required duties and responsibilities. Responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing level across all radiologic modalities. - Coordinates training and orientation of X-ray department personnel to ensure adherence to department procedures and imaging policies. Conducts on-going evaluation of department personnel. - Manages technical procedures and workflows to ensure safe and effective patient care. - Responsible for imaging quality, repeat rates by monitoring performance, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with established standards. - Knowledge of all radiologic platforms including but not limited to:fluoroscopy, C-ar...
