Job Purpose: The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the organization to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals. This role is responsible for optimizing processes, managing resources, monitoring performance metrics, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality results.
