Description Markon is seeking a User Support Specialist in support of our Virginia Customer in Northern Virginia. Responsibilities: - Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug complex software applications. - Passionate about programming, passionate about quality and enjoy communicating and working with end-users. - Work in a team environment. - Provide technical support for multiple applications (legacy and newly developed GOTS as well as COTS), - Build and maintain a deep understanding of functionality, configuration, and limitations of multiple applications. - Collaborate with application developers to identify and report defects, bugs, and other issues that impact application reliability and maintenance. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: - Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (preferably from this client). - Minimum of three years of experience providing basic user and application administration support, including user account management and application configuration. - Associates and five or No degree and seven years related work experience. - Five years of experience drafting and maintaining technical systems documentation, especially in a custom software development...
