Safety Security & Environment Supervisor (SSE)

Job description

- Ensure full implementation and adherence to all safety, security and environmental policies throughout the station - Enforce company policies and procedures in alignment with customer and regulatory expectations - Maintain current and accurate customer airline manuals - both physical and digital - in accordance with regulatory and operational standards - Communicate updates to manuals, procedures, and compliance requirements to operational personnel promptly and accurately - Identify and report deficiencies in materials, documents, or processes that may affect the safety of personnel, aircraft, property, or station security - Recommend process improvements that enhance safety, security, efficiency, or compliance - Coordinate with HR and station leadership to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company documentation and regulatory requirements Training Administration: - Plan, schedule, and coordinate all operational training activities to support station needs and maintain consistent performance standards - Implement local and customer-specific training procedures as required - Identify training gaps and develop, deliver, or coordinate targeted training programs and mat...
