About the job: Summary of Responsibilities: The Analyst will support the US Corporate Debt Advisory team (specifically the Corporates segment), which opines on the various capital structures and financing alternatives available to corporate clients across a range of sectors, vis-à-vis their strategic objectives. The analysis is conducted via a variety of technical tools and models developed internally by the team. Examples of specific analysis include M&A capacity, shareholder returns, indicative credit ratings, cost of capital, and product agnostic advisory regarding various debt and equity solutions.
