A Loan Servicer II manages the daily administration of mortgage loan activities after closing, acting as the primary point of contact for members and investors. Key duties focus in the mortgage servicing realm, of ensuring regulatory compliance of escrow accounts, payment activity, payoff demands, investor reporting, and the timely completion of assigned tasks while following the credit union policies and procedures.
