Job Description : Team Leader Support Worker Pay : £14.50 Standard Rate: Refer a Friend Scheme - £250 awarded (T&C's apply) We are currently recruiting a Team Leader Support Worker join our team supporting adults with needs in the Macclesfield area. Please note we are not a recruitment agency. The Role: The ideal candidate will be confident working from their own initiative and able to adapt to changing needs. You will play a vital role in supporting clients with complex mental health needs, promoting independence, and facilitating meaningful community engagement. Consistency and reliability are essential. The service in Macclesfield is a supported living service for 3 individuals, each with their own self-contained apartment and core team. Primary diagnosis of Mental health need, the individuals we support may also have: - Learning disabilities - Personality Disorder including EUPD - Self-harm and Suicidal ideation Role Description - Duties: - Hands-on care, supporting the client with their daily routines, encouraging independence in all areas this will be achieved via the management of the rota.
