Job Description OES Equipment, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is a fast-paced supply and rental equipment company in the construction industry seeking a motivated Associate Business System Analyst . This role works with the OES Technology & Innovation team to gather business needs and then translates those business needs into technical specifications documents for internal development teams and software vendors. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following: Duties and Responsibilities Support business analysis activities in translating business needs into technology and process solutions. Partner with business users and technical teams to document requirements and process flows. Assist in gathering, validating , and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Contribute to solution testing and implementation support under guidance. Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops, and research activities.
