This role is based on the trading floor , directly interfacing with traders, quants, and sales teams. You will act as the primary IT contact for daily operations and help ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of front-office applications. Role and responsibilities: - Provide hands-on technical and functional support for FX and Derivatives trading platforms, including algorithmic trading tools and order routing systems. - Monitor platform stability and performance, ensuring high availability, low latency, and reliable connectivity to markets - Act as the first point of contact for incidents, resolving production issues and coordinating with traders, developers, infrastructure teams, and external vendors. - Manage application releases, deployments, and post-rollout validation to ensure seamless integration into production envi...
