The Building and Grounds Technician plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment that supports the company’s professional image. This role involves maintaining building interiors and exteriors, lawns, hard surfaces, and gravel areas while assisting with general facility maintenance and inspections. The ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and able to work independently or as part of a team while following safety procedures and maintenance standards. Key Responsibilities: Facility Maintenance Move, assemble, repair, and replace office furniture as needed. Repair and paint interior walls. Replace light bulbs and remedy building ceiling insulation and ceiling tiles. Perform minor plumbing maintenance and refill soap dispensers. Conduct HVAC filter changes.
