Service BDC Representative Job Responsibilities: Scheduling customers into our online system efficiently. Assisting customers with rental vehicle arrangements. Delivering world-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment. Proactive outbound service scheduling and follow-up. Answering service calls and managing email correspondence.
