Job DetailsJob Location: Oklahoma City Housing Authority - Oklahoma City, OK 73117Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $31,350.00 - $47,025.00 SalarySCOPE: Responsible for monitoring recertification activities for Housing Choice Voucher Program participants. Provides housing counseling services to Housing Choice Voucher Program participants. ACCOUNTABILITY: Directly responsible to the Recertification Officer Supervisor. EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED: Counsels Housing Choice Voucher Program participants. Cooperates with Social Service organizations, etc., regarding resident income and obtains information needed to complete recertifications. Completes recertifications and notifies participants/landlords of any rent changes, by mail. Updates client demographics with regard to changes of income and/or family composition. Conducts briefing sessions for relocations to explain program requirements and objectives to participants. Acts as intermediary between clients and landlords in disputes and prepares written reports on results for client files.
