AI SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT POST-SALES: Remote: ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a motivated Solutions Architect Post-Sales to join our customer success team, specializing in the AI security space. As a post-sales Solutions Architect, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and ongoing value realization of our AI security solutions. You will work directly with customers after the sale to understand their environments, integrate our technology into their workflows, and help them iterate quickly to maximize security and performance outcomes. Your ability to collaborate with customers, leverage modern technologies (cloud, containerization, networking), and translate feedback into actionable improvements will make you a trusted advisor and a key contributor to our long-term customer relationships.
