Description Job Type: Full-time FLSA Status: Exempt: Schedule: Full-time, Eight hours a day, 5 days/week, primarily Tuesday through Saturday 10AM-6PM The Residence Life Coordinator is responsible for fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive residential community within a luxury high-rise building that serves a diverse population, including families and individuals transitioning from homelessness. This role designs and implements community-building activities, promotes resident engagement, and supports housing stability through relationship building and collaboration with service staff. The Residence Life Coordinator plays a critical role in bridging the culture of a high-end residential environment with trauma-informed, supportive housing practices, ensuring all residents feel safe, respected, and connected.
