Position: Recycling Yard Supervisor Position Reports to: Recycling Operations Manager Location: Staten Island, NY: Hours: Nights with flexible days: FLSA: Salaried, Exempt: Salary Range: $65k-$70k: Incentive pay: Monthly and Quarterly averages up to 20% above base salary. Pratt Industries USA , the world's largest, privately-owned paper and packaging company in the USA, which is 100% post consumer recycled, has a position available in their Staten Island, New York facility for a hands-on Yard Supervisor for our Recycling Division. The ideal candidate must be proficient in working in a fast paced environment. They will be responsible for the safe and efficient transfer of material within a mill/ recycling complex; entailing all truck unloading activities, quality control and inventory management. REQUIREMENTS: - Must have high school diploma or GED - Must have excellent communication Skills - Previous supervisory skills - Must be able to work nights and flexible days Preference will be given to applicants that’s offer the following: Operators experience, (Ex. forklift, crane, payloader, roll-off ) and mobile equipment license a plus.
