Description The Department of Management at the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin is hiring tenure-track faculty members in strategic management to join our department in the fall of 2024. We welcome applications across all faculty ranks (Assistant, Associate, and Full Professor) in the areas of strategic management, innovation/entrepreneurship, or organization theory. We are an inclusive department that invites a wide range of research topics and methodologies within the aforementioned areas. Current members of the Department of Management are Professors Caroline Bartel (Department Chair), Ethan Burris, Janet Dukerich, David Harrison, Luis Martins, and Francisco Polidoro; Associate Professors Andrew Henderson, Shefali Patil, Ram Ranganathan, and PK Toh; and Assistant Professors Shiva Agarwal, Andrew Brodsky, Constantinos Coutifaris, Steven Gray, Paul Green, Insiya Hussain, Cha Li, and Subrina Shen.
