The Opportunity: We are looking to add a new role to our team. The AI & Automation Administrator develops, supports, and optimizes the credit union’s ecosystem of AI-driven automation technologies - including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), workflow automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and cloud-native automation platforms. The role ensures accuracy, compliance, system reliability, and measurable efficiency across enterprise processes. What You’ll Do: - Configure and maintain content intelligence, indexing/taxonomy standards, and natural language search optimization. - Oversee cloud native automation services, including monitoring, patching, system health, and capacity planning. - Administer secure integrations across Microsoft platforms, OnBase, CRM/LOS, and automation hubs. - Manage and support RPA operations (attended/unattended bots), including scheduling, credential governance, and change control. - Build, enhance, and integrate low-code workflows with line-of-business systems; support deposi...
