Description YWCA Dayton, a 24-hour organization dedicated to the elimination of racism and the empowerment of women, seeks an energetic, dedicated person to be an integral part of our team. As an Exempt – Salaried position, the Housing Case Manager – Lead reports to the Director of Housing / Operations and is passionate about “Making a Difference” in the lives of all within our community. This position is mission oriented and an Exempt – Salaried employee expected to work 40 hours weekly with some evenings and weekend activities. This position is a positive representation of the YWCA Dayton to greet all clients with warmth and friendliness, great customer service in offering rapid rehousing to homeless women and families supporting the vision, mission, and values of YWCA Dayton.
