What you can expect Bonsai (now part of Zoom) is hiring a Growth Marketer focused on SEO and organic acquisition to drive sustainable customer growth through search, content, and AI-powered discovery channels. This role sits at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and data-driven experimentation. You'll own the end-to end organic growth engine. From keyword strategy and on-page optimisation to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) across LLM-powered surfaces. While building scalable, AI-assisted workflows that accelerate execution. You'll join a small, fast-moving marketing team with significant ownership, working to increase high-intent traffic, improve conversion rates, and continuously expand organic acquisition efficiency.
