U.S. Facilities, Inc, a consolidated facility management/infrastructure service organization seeking a Stationary Engineer to join our Upper Gwynedd, PA operations team. Typical work schedules will vary based on business demand. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Performs electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery, systems, and equipment. 2. Performs Building Automation System operations. 3. Performs preventative maintenance. 4. Responds to alarms at the UG and NW sites. 5. Requisitions and keeps supply of spare parts. 6. Controls and issues tools and equipment. 7. Interprets company policies and enforces safety regulations. 8. This position occasionally requires coverage of other shifts, holidays, and overtime. Qualifications: 1. Team player with 5 years hands-on and experience in overall operations and maintenance of large office facility. 2. Must have a history of safe work practices and training. 3.
