Kids Ministry Leader (Part-Time) Position Title: Kids Ministry Leader: Reports To: Executive Director: Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week; includes 9 hours of weekly programming Mission / Role Summary: The Kids Ministry Leader provides spiritual leadership for the children of That Neighborhood Church. This role focuses on teaching biblical truth, equipping volunteers, and creating a safe and welcoming environment where children can encounter Jesus and grow in their faith. The ideal candidate is passionate about inner-city ministry and committed to building relationships that point children and families toward hope in Christ. Key Responsibilities: 1. Discipleship 2.
