Holland Bikes is a Franco-Dutch company specialized in the rental and sale of classic and electric bikes, accessories, as well as bike repair and maintenance across France. But that’s not all: we also offer bike rentals and guided tours in some of the most beautiful cities in the world such as Paris, Versailles, Bordeaux, Nice, Lyon… and even New York! 🚲 Paris isour largest rental location supported by the Planning team based at our headquarters (15th arrondissement), which coordinates all tours and rentals. The team can work from home a few days a week. At the heart of this role: delivering an outstanding customer experience, from the very first contact to the return of the bike. Tasks: As a key point of contact, you play a central role in shaping the customer experience.
