Essential Functions: Set up and deliver event equipment, including tables, chairs, staging and various other equipment to be used in meetings and events on campus. Assist in exhibition setup, strike, and maintenance. Provide physical support to various departments involved in event execution. Monitor, evaluate and maintain all services equipment, rental rooms and work areas are in good working order and safe for public use. Maintain storage room organization and cleanliness. Collaborate with supervisors to plan upcoming event needs. Handle loading and unloading of deliveries. Assist with general tasks like inventory and equipment cleaning and repairs.
