Job Description: Dobbs Defense Solutions is seeking a Maritime Portfolio Interoperability Test & Evaluation Lead to perform task management and administration actions over the entire task order to provide oversight, management, supervision, and control of the overall contract team. Duties: Qualifications: - Responsible for the design and implementation of IOP test planning documentation to determine system under test (SUT) IOP requirements standards and criteria are met. Documentation to support this effort includes requirements analysis plans, data management analysis plans, and IOP evaluation plans. - Review applicable SUT requirements documents (e.g., Initial Capabilities Documents (ICDs), Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Capability Production Documents (CPDs), Information Support Plans (ISPs), Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs),...
