~~~~ URGENT HIRING ~~~~: The Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) provides clients various personal care and homemaker/companion services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence. - Part Time - 9 am to 1 pm in the morning. Monday through Friday for a client in Rock Hill - Previous Home Health Aide/PCA Experience required, Training available. Essential Functions: - Personal Care with ADLs and IADLs - Provide assistance with: bathing, dressing, grooming, skin care, back care, shampoo, oral hygiene, transfers, range of motion exercise, safe use of equipment and assistive devices (wheel chair), change of position, with toileting. - Companion/Sitter/Household Management - Provide companionship and respite services for family - Stand-by assist with transfers for fall risk clients - Client is a man in 80s and the family needs immediate assistance for 4-5 hours daily/3 days a week. - Occasional Transportation to run errands within 5 mile radius once a week.
