Description Get to know Thompson!: Thompson was founded in 1886 as an orphanage and has grown into an organization operating across the Carolinas, Florida Tennessee and Kentucky. Thompson’s continuum of care encompasses three domains: prevention, mental health services and foster care. As a Human Resources Generalist in the People Operations department, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources duties including employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance.
