Location: Fran Cohen Youth Center Naples Corps – Naples, FL 34104 Position Type: Part-Time, 25 hrs/wk Pay Range: $13.00 - $16.11 About this opportunity: Key responsibilities: - Assists, instructs, and evaluates children in the academic areas in which they are weak so they may better understand and perform the skills in those areas. - conducts individual and group tutoring sessions with students; prepares various reports documenting the student’s progress and shares the same with parents and others as necessary. - Supervises children, implements activities, maintains classroom environment, ensures children’s safety, establishes a positive environment for children and families. What we are looking for in you: Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: Works is performed in a normal classroom or office environment where there are little or no physical discomforts associated with changes in weather or discomforts associated with noise, dust, dirt, and the like.
