Job Description: The Training Specialist will ensure consistent compliance with external and internal policies/procedures impacting training by coordinating efforts to reduce gaps and improve compliance. Assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements. Foster teamwork throughout the site. Work with Division Compliance and Safety to implement incident training programs.
