THE POSITION: Our roster has an opening with your name on it FanDuel is looking for a Operational Excellence Manager to lead strategic cross-functional planning, execution, and reporting of critical readiness initiatives as we expand and mature our Predicts operating model. You will project manage operational elements of new features and business launches, ensuring all operational impacts are identified, optimized, and resolved. This role drives continuous improvement by identifying, fixing, and optimizing processes to maximize scalability and efficiency across internal teams and external partners. You will own the company's strategic planning process and performance measurement against key operational goals, while partnering with commercial and product teams to improve internal stakeholder, external stakeholder, and customer experiences. As a member of the Operational Excellence Team, this role provides the opportunity to work across all aspects of the business.
