Itron’s North America Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the entire recruitment process from requisition creation through pre-hire and post-hire activities. In this role you will work in close collaboration with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is extremely detailed and organized, and operates with a customer-centric mentality. This position can be located in Oconee, SC or Austin, TX. Duties & Responsibilities: - Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with hiring teams, partner with recruiters to communicate expectations, and ensure all parties involved have a positive interview experience. - Coordinate candidate travel, when necessary. Manage candidate expenses, expense reimbursement process, and purchase order process. - Own onsite and virtual experience for candidates.
