Are you someone who enjoys solving problems, digging into data, and figuring out why things fail? As an Assistant Quality Engineer (RMA), you’ll play a key role in improving product quality by investigating returned products, working with global suppliers, and turning insights into real improvements. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in quality engineering while gaining hands-on experience in failure analysis, supplier collaboration, and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: - Manage RMA processes and track returned materials from start to finish - Investigate product failures and coordinate analysis with suppliers - Identify defect trends and help drive corrective actions - Develop KPIs, reports, and dashboards to support quality decisions - Collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve product reliability - Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives What We’re Looking For: - Education: Secondary education required; technical or engineering degree/diploma preferred - 2+ years of experience in quality, RMA, manufacturing, or a related field - Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity about root cause analysis - Comfortable working...
