Job description

The Information Systems Support Specialist’s responsibility is to provide a single point of contact for end users to receive hardware and application support within the practice's computing environment. This includes troubleshooting and configuring hardware, software and applications for all internal customers, such as operations, clinical and other business units. Please note - this position is fully remote and may require travel to Home Office located in Cherry Hill, NJ once a year. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Acts as software and hardware support for all FOX information systems to the entire practice, providing technical assistance to all staff. - Responds to all user requests in help desk system in accordance with practice SLA's for service and determines nature and extent of support needed. Provides support or escalates to the appropriate team member. - Responds to software problem calls on site or over the phone for users. Investigates error messages and determines resolution.
