LMS Platform Specialist Educational Technology - Temporary - 250358 : N/A Description: The Educational Technology and Platform Administrator is a temporary role is 12–18 month individual contributor role providing advanced technical expertise and system‑level oversight for the IEEE Learning Network (ILN, IEEE’s learning management system) . Serves as a subject matter expert for complex troubleshooting, platform optimization, integrations, and process improvement. This role does not involve instructional design or content creation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead advanced troubleshooting and serve as escalation point for complex issues - Oversee platform integrations, enhancements, customizations, and maintenance - Coordinate requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, testing, and post‑release validation - Analyze usage data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities - Lead UAT efforts, including script creation and validation coordination - Design and document system configurations to support business needs - Lead onboarding and implementation for new ILN partners - Maintain catalog records aligned with MARC standards - Research industry trends and recommend i...
