Job Description Role Summary: The Manager, Legal Systems Strategy & Operations is responsible for end-to-end ownership of key legal technology platforms (including iManage, Anaqua, and TAP), ensuring they are stable, integrated, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of the Law & Policy organization. Building on the existing iManage and GPAS operations manager role, this position expands the scope to lead cloud migrations, system integrations, workflow automation, and overall systems strategy and management for Legal. The ideal candidate has deep experience configuring and operating enterprise legal systems, strong technical aptitude around integrations and automation, and the ability to partner with Legal, IT, and vendor teams to drive a scalable, modern, AI-enabled legal technology ecosystem that supports advanced analytics, automation, and decision-making across the Law & Policy organization.
