Rivers Health is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to perform the following duties: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: The following is a summary of the major essential functions of this job. The incumbent may perform other duties, both major and minor, that are not mentioned below; and specific functions may change from time to time. therapy assistants, occupational therapy aides, and occupational therapy students. physician, if needed. the therapy requested and provided reassessment, as per policy. This includes pediatric, adolescents and geriatric patients and the general patient populations. evaluates effectiveness of learning; family is included in teaching as appropriate. interventions. Identifies and addresses psychosocial needs of patients and family. department cleanliness and safety. patient/family in the formation of the plan of care. administrative team. are met and hospital policy is followed. department. stressful situations. with other departments. patient care and performance improvement activities. the department and organizational CQI activities. inservices.
