Role Summary The Crane Manager, Electrical ensures delivery of the highest quality equipment maintenance, repair and technical services while meeting all applicable standards and requirements in terms of safety, quality, schedule and cost. The role provides direction to the Foremen and Longshore personnel to meet short and long-term production and maintenance goals. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure that the requirements of the working shift are fully met in an efficient and safe manner in accordance with safety regulations and health and safety policies. - Provides leadership for the maintenance planning and execution of crane electrical operations, including coordinating the activities of various groups to maximize the efficient utilization of manpower, equipment , and resources to ensure the safe, reliable and cost-effective operation of all equipment and assets. - Enable the best possible level of communications within the crane electrical team in a 24/7 operation. - Manage personnel, including hiring, training, discipline and on-boarding, to ensure that the Company’s needs and requirements are adhered to. - Ensure safe working practices are adhered to and promote safety in all as...
