Job description

This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given practice focused on a specific industry, product/service line or specialty area. Responsible for managing the three main pillars of a practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement. Has profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of practice. This position is responsible for managing multiple teams in providing quality analysis, studies, product innovations on external customer engagement to achieve operational and functional targets with significant contribution towards the achievement of immediate and short-term results for the team, department and Oracle. Understands business metrics/key performance indicators required for team to deliver the results. Establish and communicate team or department goals that support and advance team, department and organization objectives; establish metrics or other performance measures to track progress.
