Since then, it has expanded rapidly to become Canada’s largest Asian supermarket chain with 27 stores across the country: 12 in Metro Vancouver, 6 in Alberta, and 9 in Ontario (7 in GTA and 1 in Ottawa, 1 in Waterloo). Major Responsibilities: - Greet customers by providing good customer service with smiles, be friendly and enthusiasm - Assist customers in selecting Bakery products and provide recommendations as required - Ensure product quality, food safety, freshness and ensure FIFO is strictly practiced within the department - Slice, pack and prepare Bakery products (Bread, Cake and other Pastries), correctly label and display items in the display areas and cases - Maintain workplace cleanliness by washing and maintaining relevant work tools are clean and well-kept - Keep product display full, attractive and neat, timely replenish inventory if necessary - Follow procedures to verify and process expired bakery products and manage shrinkage - Receive product deliveries, perform quality checks on products received and take customer orders - Ensure daily sales and other checklists are properly complete...
