Position Summary Under the general direction of the Manager, Facilities, this position is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping operations, provides input on performance evaluations, and assist s with the implementation all new housekeeping initiatives. Positively contributes to an entrepreneurial culture that is nimble, energized and growth oriented, motivates and leads by example and provides a learning environment. Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
